Having some place to go is Home - Having someone to love is Family - Having both is a Blessing

Because I Love You!

This post will always stay on the top. To see the latest happenings in the Little Webb Family, please scroll down, but not before you take this post into serious consideration!

I'm not someone who talks a lot and says what I feel or think...but when I do, I hope people listen because I feel what I do say is important. The last couple of weeks, I have had a thought come into my mind, but I keep pushing it away thinking that if I really need to do this I will truly know it. Every day this thought keep recurring to me and after what I heard today in the news, I felt I need to do this. I ask you to please read all of this. I know a lot of you that may read this don't share my faith and I have never pushed you into believing as I do because I wanted you to respect me and not be offended....but I am willing to risk my friendship with you right now to let you know what I need to tell you. Please don't stop reading this. It is very important to me for you to read this.

I truly believe with ALL my heart that Jesus is coming soon.....sooner than we all think He is. I have been really concerned about fears I have had for my children. Those fears are resolved, even though Satan does try to stir me up about it at times...........but I need to tell you all too about Jesus because I want to make sure you go to Heaven with me too!

I know it is hard for some of you to believe in something you cannot see........but if you trust me and have respect for me believe me when I say Jesus is real!! He is more real to me than anything in this world. I believe with all my heart, soul and mind that He did come to this earth, lived among us, died to save us and is living in my heart! I want you all to believe this too! Please do try to seek Him out and have Him to help you to see He is real too! He will if you ask Him!

When you have assurance that what I say is true, please consider the following things. You cannot get to Heaven and receive salvation from sin unless you do the following. Please do not stop reading! Please!

In the Bible (I am using the New Living Translation), there are verses to help us know our need for God. The first verse is Romans 3:23. It says For all have sinned; all fall short of God's standard. This pretty much says we all are not perfect. No one is perfect. You can do lots of good things and say a lot of nice things, but we all still do bad things whether we admit it or not. I've been accused many times of being a Miss Goody Two-Shoes, but I am here to say I AM NOT! I try to be good and kind because I want people to see Jesus in me, but in my mind I am a terrible person. I know I cannot get into Heaven based on my kindness or whatever deed I do.....and neither can you. In God's eyes, sin is all the same.....whether we think bad things or go out and kill someone. It is all the same. According to Romans 6:23 the wages of sin is death....if we do not ask God to forgive us we will be separated from Him forever. You are probably thinking "so what? What do I need with God". You need Him more than you think. God gave us life and even if we don't care one iota for Him, He cares for you so much. He cares for us even though we treat Him like crap....and we do. I treat Him that way...but yet He still loves me and I can't imagine.......I don't want to imagine....being without Him.

Well, what can we do? Our world lives like we can do all things on our own.....so what can we do to get God's acceptance of us? In Titus 3:5 the Bible says He saved us, not because of the good things we did, but because of His mercy. He washed away our sins and gave us a new life through the Holy Spirit. Then Romans 5:8 says But God showed His great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. God sent Jesus to come to us to die for us on the cross. Jesus had the opportunity to not do it, but He did. I often wonder why did He have to die. But if you think of it.....would you die for someone who did something bad in their place? I might for my children, but I certainly wouldn't for you or anyone else....but Jesus did! It was the ultimate sacrifice. Is there any more of a way to show your love for someone? I think not at all. Because of His death, He took our penalty of sin so we would not have to suffer it.......but we have to accept that He did this. If we don't, we will take the penalty ourselves. We will be sent to Hell. I know a lot of people say "If God loves us why would He send us to Hell?" God is giving us a choice. If He made you follow Him, would you respect Him? Remember when you were a child....when your parents told you to do something and disciplined you, did you think "Gee! Thanks Mom and Dad! I'm so glad you are making me do this even though I'd rather do something else!" NO! Of course not! God doesn't want to force us to do something either. He wants you to love him and know how much He cares for you but He isn't going to force you to love Him. All you need to do is what John 1:12 says....But to all who believed Him and accepted Him, He gave the right to become children of God. John 3:16 says it all....For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.

If you want to become one of God's own, just say this little prayer or one of your own. All you need to do is tell God you are a sinner and need His forgiveness and that you want Him in your life. This prayer will guide you if you need help:

Dear Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and I need you in my life. Please forgive me of all I have done and please be the Lord of my life. Thank you for coming to earth and dying for me. Thank you for being my Saviour! Amen!

If you didn't pray this, I beg of you to please consider it before it is too late. I love you very much and want you to be in Heaven with me. Please if you have questions, go to another Christian you respect or email me (see link to right) and we will most certainly help you!

Thank you for reading this and please take this seriously. I love you too much not to say anything.

Rough Week

This has been a rough week for me....but I am so thankful that my Moma came to my home today despite being very busy to help me out, even though I didn't ask her to. I have been struggling so much trying to be a good Momma and I feel like I'm not. I don't feel like I have time to play with Nathan like he wants and I don't feel like I am spending time with Natalee like she needs except to feed her and try to get her to sleep............plus I have been waiting to my test results from last week to see about those cells that showed up to be abnormal nine months or so ago...............so it's been bad.

But.......today it became all better...........I was able to spend time with Nathan and he seems to love me again.............which in turn allowed me to spend some time with Natalee without feeling guilty tonight.........and my doctor had the nurse to call me today to tell me my results are in from last week's test. It came back normal! He wants to recheck in 6 months just to be sure and if it is ok, I'll go back to yearly visits again. Yippie!

Tonight, I gave Natalee something new to eat. She constantly wants to eat every 2 hours and I am soooo sore! I found this oatmeal cereal that helps develop the brain and eyes so I thought I'd try it. Other babies her age are already on rice cereal in their formula, so I figured I could give her some for supper mixed with breast milk. She LOVED it! And as I type.......for once this week.........she is soundly asleep in her crib. Hopefully I can make up for lost sleep last night.....I only got about 4 hours of sleep.

So that being said.........Good night everyone! :-)

Big Helper

Natalee loves to eat so much that my left side has become a bit raw so I've been pumping a bit to allow it to heal. Today, Nathan asked me if he could feed his sister her bottle. He is such a big helper!

A Man Already!

Tripp and Nathan were downstairs working on the computer and watching Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer while Natalee and I were upstairs resting. All of the sudden, Nathan comes bounding up the stairs asking for a drink......but he was hiding his face from me. From the corner of his hand I saw something BLUE! I asked him what it was and he died laughing, running back down the stairs. I then heard Tripp say "Nathan, what do you have all over your face!" Nathan had found a blue highlighter and decided he needed a moustache. So......our 3 year old son is now sporting a bright blue moustache on his upper lip.

Day Outdoors

Nathan, Natalee and I spent a couple of hours outside enjoying the sunshine. Nathan and I had a pretty good water gun fight while Natalee snoozed away.

Natalee and her bear

My Red Hat Secret Sister gave me a little bear holding a gift card. I took off the card and gave it to Natalee to hold. She looks so sweet holding that little bear.

Love to Dance!

I found an old CD of NSync that I bought when I was a teen and popped it into the CD player. A really fast song came on so me, Nathan and Natalee cut a rug across the kitchen floor. I wish you could have seen my two kiddos. Nathan was a boogying down and Natalee's eyes were so big as she was moving along with me in my arms. She looked like she wanted to smile but wasn't quite sure. It was a lot of fun.

Who Is Who?

A lot of people have told me Nathan and Natalee look a lot alike. I was going through their pictures and on a couple of them if I didn't see the date, I wouldn't have known who was who. I am curious what you all think.

Acid Reflux

I ended up calling the doctor again today for Natalee's spitting up. When I called a week ago, they suggested sitting her upright after each feeding for 30 minutes.....but after a week of doing that, she still was spitting up pretty bad. The last two nights she hasn't slept well at all. When I lay her in her crib, she would start choking, even though it had been a hour since her last feeding....last night I ended up sleeping in a chair to keep up her upright because I was scared she'd drown in her spit-up.

The doctor had us come in. She isn't losing weight (she is a whopping 9 lbs 4 ozs now and 21 5/8 inches long) but they went ahead and let me have liquid Zantac for her. Nathan had to take this too when he was little.

I gave her some a bit ago and she made the most awful face and spit what little I gave her out. It smells like peppermint so I bet it tastes like it too. Ha ha! Hopefully she will sleep better tonight.

One Month Old.....ALREADY???

Natalee is officially one month old today! Can you believe it? I can't. It doesn't seem a month yet............why does it have to go by so fast?

Nathan's Hero

While sitting at the table eating dinner last night, I noticed Nathan was watching Tripp very closely. I then realized what he was doing.......everything Tripp did, Nathan did. If Tripp took a drink of tea, Nathan took a drink. If he ate green peas, Nathan ate peas (and he HATES peas!).........he did this quite a while. Since Natalee has arrived, Nathan and Tripp have been spending more time together and getting close. It is sweet to watch.

First Smile

Since Natalee has been born she smiles all the time in her sleep.......but last night I finally got her to smile while wide awake. She has such a pretty little smile. Her whole face lights up when she does. I was so excited to be able to see her do it!

4th of July Cookout

We celebrated the 4th at the farm of my grandparents. I also got the treat of having my other grandmother who lives in South Carolina and my aunt and uncle to drive down and celebrate with us. This was the first time Granny got to see Natalee. She was so excited to see her as was I. If I remember correctly, Natalee makes her 38th GREAT-grandbaby!

We had a good time with the family, cooking hamburgers and hotdogs. I always look forward to these cookouts.

When I was little, I would always beg my Papaw to take me a ride on his big ol' blue tractor. Everytime I heard it crank up (I lived next door to my grandparents) I would come running through the woods to sit on my Papaw's lap to help drive the tractor. Well.....the tradition is living on with Nathan. He asked PP (my Papaw) to ride the tractor. They took a ride around the front yard. Nathan loved it!

Miss Sunshine

Natalee loves looking outside our glass front door. I laid her down on the floor and she laid there happy as a bug looking out the door at her Daddy mowing the yard.

Sleep No More

You know....it's pretty bad when you are sitting on the couch with Nathan and Natalee reading them a book and fall asleep mid-sentence............I was dreaming Nathan was hollering at me "Momma! Momma!" Then I realized.......it wasn't a dream........he was actually hollering at me. Ha ha!

I called the pediatrician. Natalee has started spitting up really bad. She woke up this morning with her hair wet from it. I was hoping they would give her some acid reflux medicine to help like they did with Nathan, but since she isn't losing weight, they won't. They want me to sit her up for 30 minutes after each feeding - which is every 2 hours for her! So,........I am saying Good Bye to sleep! If anyone sees me asleep in church, please punch me. I won't mind. ha ha!

Little Shaver

Tripp noticed Nathan looked a little strange. He had a couple of cuts on his face. Tripp went into the bathroom and saw shaving cream everywhere! Nathan had found Tripp's shaving cream and tried to shave!!! He was proud of what he did, but Daddy wasn't so excited I think. He is getting quite sneaky!
